You may be wondering
Is counselling right for me ?

It can be difficult to know which way to turn when considering working with a therapist. I work with a Person-Centred approach and integrate other approaches through a person centered lens.

So what does that mean?

Through person-centered therapy, I provide a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a none judgmental environment.

With Person Centered therapy the back bone of my approach , I also incorporate CBT  and solution focused therapy into the sessions if this is required by the client.

There are times in life when we all need help and it can be difficult to speak to family or friends about how we are feeling. If this sounds familiar to you, counselling can help by offering a space solely dedicated for you to speak freely to an impartial person, whilst knowing it is a confidential and none judgmental safe space.

If you are unsure if it is counselling you need, I also offer coaching.

I offer a free 30 minute initial meeting where we can get to know each other a little and discuss your needs.
